My daughter and i experienced SoliVana’s red light therapy and cold plunge (Fire and Ice) for the first time today. It was amazing! They prepared us for what to expect with the cold plunge - we were a little worried but really wanted to try it. The sauna was amazing, the cold plunge was invigorating! We went back and forth between the two three times in 45 minutes and feel great! We’ll definitely be back again! Read more

They offer a variety of services in a clean and thoughtfully designed space. The staff was incredibly welcoming and gave helpful recommendations. I booked a fire and ice session and can’t wait to try the floating pod next time. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend for athletes and anyone seeking relaxation! I received a gift package for our anniversary, and it was the perfect gift. I spent the morning with my partner in halotherapy, fire & ice therapy, and the sound deprivation tank. I have never had anything so relaxing as sound deprivation. If you crave a unique sense of health and relaxation, you must try this! I cannot wait to return! Read more
